Live

budget vs commitment view

What OnePay is for.

OnePay is a single ledger for the whole procure-to-pay lifecycle. A requisition raised by a department, an RFP floated to five vendors, the negotiation that follows, the purchase order issued, the goods received into stores, the invoice matched, the cheque signed and the bank line reconciled — all of it is one continuous record rather than seven disconnected systems.

Because the ledger is unified, controllers stop reconciling spreadsheets and start reviewing exceptions. Every commitment is visible against budget the moment it is raised, so overspend is caught before it becomes a payable.

How it runs

01

Requisition

The business raises demand and OnePay checks it against live budget before anyone signs.

02

Source

RFPs go out, bids come back scored, negotiation rounds are logged, a PO is issued.

03

Receive

Goods hit stores with inspection, issuance is tracked, three-way match happens automatically.

04

Pay & reconcile

Payment runs release under maker-checker control and bank lines reconcile themselves.

OnePay shares identity, data and approvals with every other OneLab module, so nothing is exported, re-keyed or reconciled by hand.
